- Founded: 2004
- Purpose: To promote health and access to care for people with disabilities, prevent secondary conditions, and eliminate disparities between people with and without disabilities in the U.S.
- Objectives: Include conducting interdisciplinary research, training, technical assistance, and educational activities related to disability and health.
- Current research: Includes community-based screening for autism, and interventions for children with developmental delays.
