Accelerated Track Program Curriculum

The curriculum includes 32 academic credits and either a scholarly Master’s Literature Review or a Master’s Thesis, scheduled as follows:

Block 1:    
August – November   Medical Histology/Cell Biology
    Introduction to Biostatistics
     
Block 2:    
November – March   Medical Biochemistry
    Medical Physiology
     
Block 3:    
April – June   Medical Neural Science
    Literature Review or Thesis
     

 


 

Traditional Track Program Curriculun

The curriculum includes 30 academic credits and either a scholarly Master’s Literature Review or a Master’s Thesis, scheduled as follows:

Year 1:    
September - December   General Biochemistry I
    Mammalian Physiology I
Year 1:    
January - May   General Biochemistry II
    Mammalian Physiology II
     
Year 2:    
September - December   Electives (including, but not limited to):
Histology Lectures/Lab,
Introduction to Pathology,
Pharmacology,
General Microbiology,
Biochemistry of Gene Expression
   
Literature Review or Thesis
Year 2:
