Summer 2014 Semester Registration Schedule and Calendar (Public Health Programs)

 

Registration Period
April 23, 2014 - May 30, 2014
(No registration on May 22nd and May 26th)

New Student Orientation (Virtual)
Thursday, May 29, 2014    5:30pm – 7:00 pm

Classes begin:
Monday, June 2 (late registration fee for current students $125)

Last Day for Course Changes (Add/Drop):
Monday, June 9

Last Date to Withdraw from Classes:
Thursday, July 10

No Classes:
Wednesday, June 4 and Thursday, June 5

Classes End:
Monday, July 28

NOTES:

  1. Continuing Students: Course approval for both matriculating and certificate students is required and can be obtained from the department chair, program director or advisor. Certificate students must also obtain approval from the Admissions Office, Room 316 in the School of Health Sciences & Practice. Once approvals are obtained students can proceed to the Registrar.
  2. Newly Accepted Students: Course approval for both matriculating and certificate student is required and can obtained from the department chair, program director or advisor. Additionally, all students must obtain approval from the Admissions Office, Room 316 in the School of Health Sciences & Practice. Once approvals are obtained students can proceed to the Registrar.

Registrations will be accepted through Friday, December 20, 2013. Those wishing to register in person may do so on the dates listed below.

NOTES:

  1. Newly accepted matriculated and non-matriculated students may register during the scheduled mail-in registration period unless they are applying for financial aid or are on an international visa.  Course approval for matriculating and certificate students must first be obtained from the department chair/program director/ advisor.  Certificate students must obtain the signature from the Admissions Office on their registration form. All new students and all non-matriculant/certificate students must obtain the approval from the Admissions office prior to each registration.
  2. Ample time should be given to completing the on-site regist­ration process within the time specified.  Matriculating students who have received prior approval from their department chair/program director/advisor, may proceed directly to the Registrar’s office in the Administration Building.  All new students and all non-matriculating/certificate students must have their registration forms signed in the Admissions Office, Room 316, in the School of Health Sciences and Practice, before proceeding to the Registrar’s office.
