The Office of Continuing Medical Education of New York Medical College is committed to protecting your privacy when visiting our website and/or participating in Internet CME activities sponsored by our office.

We will not collect any personally identifiable information about you (e.g. name, address, phone number, etc.) unless you voluntarily provide this information to us. Information that you provide to register for CME activities will be used to maintain a record of your participation in the relevant activity. If there is registration fee charged for an activity, we will ask for credit card information. Credit card transactions are encrypted.

If you choose to provide information to us we may contact you to:

• Verify information provided for course registration/participation
• Ask for your suggestions and improvements of this site and CME activities
• Inform you of future CME activities

Any personal information provided to us will not be released, sold, or distributed to any outside organization except as required by law.
