JULIE A. KUBASKA, M.S., IS NAMED VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT

 

Valhalla, N.Y., May 21, 2007—Julie A. Kubaska, M.S., has been appointed vice president of development and alumni relations at New York Medical College. In her new position, she is responsible for cultivating stewardship of College supporters and overseeing the functions of the Office of Development, which include planned giving, major gifts, annual giving, corporate and foundation relations, advancement services and development communications and publications.

“Julie has an excellent rapport with alumni and the community. I’m looking forward to working with her to ensure a healthy financial future for the College,” said Karl P. Adler, president and chief executive officer.

Prior to joining the College in 1989 as director of alumni relations, Ms. Kubaska was director of community resource development and alumni affairs at Elizabeth Seton College in Yonkers, N.Y. A resident of Eastchester, N.Y., Ms. Kubaska holds a B.A. degree and an M.S. degree from the College of New Rochelle.
