Yoga:
We had a successful yoga series in the beginning of the year! Below is the contact information for the yoga instructors.
Instructors:
Rita Trieger (ritatude@yahoo.com) is the founder and editor-in-chief of Fit Yoga magazine (2003-2010), the author of Yoga Heals Your Back (Fairwinds, 2005), andĀ Tranquil Mind, a meditation and yoga CD. She incorporates a variety of traditions into her teaching style, including vigorous Vinyasa flow and healing/ restorative/therapeutic classes.
Mary Butler-Fink (Yogimar123@aol.com) is a registered yoga instructor. She has been teaching yoga for over 16 years. Her focus is on creating balance in life. She teaches both group and private classes and has worked with individuals of all levels in the practice to secure steadiness.
Pilates:

Fern Stearney (fz.stearney@verizon.net) is a personal trainer, group fitness and pilates instructor. She specializes in providingĀ attention to improve form and understanding of exercise. Her class will focus on improving overall strength, posture, balance, flexibility and stability.
Meditation:
