Thursday, February 27, 2014, 4:00 PM: Room Selection Information Session, Nevins Auditorium.
Monday, March 17, 2014, 4:00PM: Medical Request Forms Due.
Tuesday, April 1, 2014: Class of 2014 Clerkship Results Announced.
Monday, April 7, 2014, 4:00PM: All Room Selection Forms and 2 Separate Check or Money orders due. 1.) $50 Non-Refundable Lottery Application Fee. 2.) $150 Refundable Housing Deposit due to the Office of Student & Residential Life (checks and money orders only).
Monday, April 14, 2014, 5:00PM: All Retention participants will be notified via email.
Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 4:00PM: All Lottery Participants will be notified by email.
Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 4:00PM: All Lottery Assignment Forms are due from Lottery participants (For non-retention students only).
Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at 4:00PM: All Waitlist B Requests are due. All groups who enter the Room Selection Process will automatically be on Waitlist A as a group, if they do not get a room through the process. Students must contact the Office of Student & Residential Life in order to put their names on Waitlist B as individuals. The Office of Student & Residential Life will not assign group members as individuals unless they put their names on Waitlist B.
Friday, May 2, 2014 by 3:00PM: All Housing Cancellations are due. If you receive housing for 2013-2014 Academic Year and would like to cancel, you should put your request in writing and submit it by not later than this date in order to be refunded your $150.00 deposit. The $50.00 Lottery Application is non-refundable.
