Monday, March 16, 2015 4:00PM Medical Request Forms Due
Monday, April 6, 2015 4:00PM All Room Selection Forms and two separate check or money orders due. 1.) $50.00 non-refundable lottery application fee. 2.) $150.00 refundable housing deposit is due to the Office of Student & Residential Life. (check or money order only).
Monday, April 16, 2015 at 5:00PM All Retention participants will be notified by email
Friday, April 17, 2015 at 4:00PM All Lottery Participants will be notified by email
Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 4:00PM All Lottery Assignment Forms are due from Lottery participants (non-retention students only).
Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at 4:00PM All Waitlist B Requests are due. All groups who enter the Room Selection Process will automatically be on Waitlist A as a group, if they do not get a room through the process. Students must contact the Office of Student & Residential Life in order to put their names on Waitlist B as individuals. The Office of Student & Residential Life will not assign group members as individuals unless they put their names on Waitlist B.
Friday, May 1, 2015 by 3:00 PM All Housing Cancellations are due. If you receive housing for 2015-2016 and would like to cancel, you should put your request in writing and submit it by not later than this date in order to be refunded your $150.00 deposit. The $50.00 lottery application fee is non-refundable.
