New York Medical College has various housing options on the Valhalla campus for full-time, matriculated medical and graduate students.
BUILDING FACILITIES AND AMENITIES

The garden style buildings are composed of one, two and three bedroom apartments for married couples and families, as well as studio and single rooms in apartment shares for older single students. All apartments include kitchens with a full size refrigerator, microwave oven and electric oven/stove. The kitchen also shares its space with the living room, leaving the other 2 or 3 rooms in the apartment as bedrooms. The apartments are carpeted and unfurnished. The monthly housing charge includes all utilities. Air conditioning is not included, however a wall sleeve is provided so you may install your own air conditioner.
The suite-style complex is comprised of 80 apartments for single students. Each apartment contains three or four single bedrooms, a full living/dining room, a kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave oven and gas oven/stove and two bathrooms. Off the living room is a private balcony/terrace. All apartments are carpeted and fully furnished with dining table and four chairs, a couch, loveseat, and a coffee and end table in the living room. Each bedroom has a twin, extra-long bed, five-drawer dresser, desk with a bookcase carrel and a desk chair. The monthly housing charges includes all utilities. Air conditioning is not included, however, a wall sleeve is provided so that you may install your own air conditioner.
TELEPHONE/CABLE TV/NETWORK ACCESS
A telephone system and access to the college computer network is installed in each apartment. A cable TV system is also installed. On-campus telephone service includes dial tone, on-campus calls and voicemail. Each student will receive an individual telephone number and PIN number to make off-campus calls and receive an individual telephone bill.
