Welcome to the Office of Continuing Medical Education at New York Medical College. Our staff is located on the 2nd Floor of the Vosburgh Pavilion. We may be reached via email at cme@nymc.edu or by phone at (914) 594-4487.

Our goal is to identify and teach advances in medical information, practice, and technology to physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals, to assist them in giving the best possible care to their patients. New York Medical College is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. We work closely with the departments of New York Medical College and its affiliates to plan a range of CME activities. These activities are generally considered to be Directly Sponsored by New York Medical College. Occasionally, to improve the quality of a CME activity, we will work with non-ACCME accredited entities. These activities are considered to be Jointly Sponsored. Regardless of the type of Sponsorship, New York Medical College retains responsibility for ensuring that each activity remains in compliance with all ACCME, AMA, and NYMC Policies.

About CME - Provides information relating to Continuing Medical Education in general and to the NYMC Office of CME, including the CME staff, fee structure, mission statement and tips for using the forms.

Serial Conferences - Guidelines and information regarding regularly scheduled conferences. NYMC recognizes two types of serial conferences, lecture based activities (Grand Rounds, Lecture Series, etc.) and case based series (M&Ms, Tumor Boards, Quality Assurance Conferences, etc.)

Major Conferences - Guidelines and information regarding live, one-time only activities

Enduring Materials - Guidelines and information regarding printed, recorded, or computer assisted instructional materials that may be used over time at various locations.

Downloadable CME Forms - All required forms for CME sponsorship are available in Microsoft Word for downloading and completion on your computer.

CME Privacy Statement - Includes information regarding your privacy on this website and in your use of Internet CME activities.

Feedback/Contact Us - Includes a place to offer your suggestions to the CME Office and provides CME Staff Contact Information.
