Refund Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing and postmarked by October 15, 2008.  A $50.00 processing fee will apply to all cancellations.  No refunds will be made on cancellations postmarked after October 15, 2008.  All refunds take 4 to 6 weeks to process.
