Current Student Housing Information

All new and current students are required to fill out a housing agreement before the new academic year begins. Renter's insurance is required and the carrier's name and policy number must be provided on the renter/property insurance form. Check your school emails or email Housing for more information.

Forms and additional information regarding the room selection process, maintenance requests, room change requests, checkout procedures, and canceling housing, are available on the TouroOne portal.

Anonymous Housing Reporting

New York Medical College wants to ensure all students safety and security while living on campus at all times. We want to strongly encourage any and all students to report anything that is seen, heard or experienced while on campus that makes you or other students uncomfortable or are unsafe in anyway.

Please use our Anonymous Housing Reporting Form if you have concerns you feel should be brought to our attention.  Include pertinent details (names, apartment numbers) about any situation that you feel that New York Medical College should be made aware.  If you would like us to contact you please include your information, otherwise any requests will be anonymous. This information will be going to housing staff only.

If there is an emergency, please contact Campus Security at 914-594-4226 or 911 immediately.  This reporting form is not for emergency reporting.   If this is a maintenance issue, please put in a HIPPO Request.
