Certifications and Verifications

What We Provide
We verify enrollment status, dates of attendance, and graduation information for students and graduates, as needed, for professional licensure, insurance, tuition benefits, etc. Please call the office or stop by if you have any questions.

Student Verifications
If written verification is needed, please print out the Certification of Enrollment Form and mail, email or bring it into our office for processing. Forms will not be processed without a signature.

Graduation Verifications
New York Medical College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted at www.degreeverify.org

Certificate of Medical Education/Forms for Licensure
These forms can be faxed, e-mailed, mailed, or uploaded to the Parchment website if requesting with an official transcript.  If you need additional documentation to accompany the form(s), please provide special instructions.

Turnaround Time
Generally available for mailing or pickup 1 week following receipt of request.  Please allow for more time during our holiday periods.
