Contact Information

Log in to the TouroOne Portal at https://touroone.touro.edu/sso/login

Updating Address Information

  1. Click Academic on the left blue sidebar
  2. Click the View/Update Address and Phone link within the “My Records” section
  3. Click the Update Addresses and Phones link at the bottom of the screen
  4. Follow the detailed instructions at the top of the webpage

Updating Emergency Contact Information

  1. Click Academic on the left blue sidebar
  2. Click the View/Update Emergency Contacts link within the “My Records” section
  3. Click the Update Emergency Contacts link at the bottom of the screen
  4. Add a new contact or update an existing on and click Submit Change

Updating Ethnicity Information

  1. Click Academic on the left blue sidebar
  2. Click the View Student Information link within the “My Records” section
  3. Click the Personal Information tab at the top of the screen
  4. Click View Ethnicity and Race
  5. If present data needs updating, click the Update Ethnicity and Race button
  6. Choose from the options listed and click Continue, which will save your choices
