Reporting to the Director of the Clinical Skills and Simulation Center and working in collaboration with the Technical Manager, the Simulation and Technology Coordinator is a position vital to maintaining the quality of clinical skills and simulation programs occurring during and after normal business hours. This role will provide hands on support for medical simulation activities including operating high fidelity manikins, assisting with the video capture/data collection of clinical skills assessments, aiding with the setup/facilitation of computer based examinations, and acting as the point person for inventory management involving manikins, task trainers, and medical supplies. The Simulation and Technology Coordinator will also be required to assist with various administrative tasks related to technical activities of the Clinical Skills and Simulation Center and the Office of Undergraduate Medical Education/Educational Technology as needed. Superior customer service skills as well as the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of organizational personnel, staff/faculty and students is paramount.
