Note: On the eve of the Jewish holidays, departments following the College Valhalla Campus Holiday Schedule will close early and time should be recorded on the timesheet as “Q” (Excused with Pay). On Friday, December 23rd 2011, the College will close at 12:00 noon and on Wednesday, November 23rd and Friday December 30th 2011, the College will close at 3:00 pm. New Years Day Holiday will be observed on Monday, January 2, 2012. Early closing time should be recorded on the time sheet as “Q” (Excused with Pay). In order for employees to be eligible for “Q” time, they must be working on the above scheduled dates.
