Note: (*Holiday only when the Primary Jewish Holy Day falls on an employee’s regularly scheduled work day.)
On the eve of Primary Jewish Holy Days, departments following the College Valhalla Campus Holiday Schedule will close early and time should be recorded on the timesheet as “Q” (Excused with Pay). On Monday, December 24, 2012, the College will close at 12:00 noon and on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 and Monday, December 31, 2012, the College will close at 3:00 pm. Early closing time should be recorded on the time sheet as “Q” (Excused with Pay). In order for an employee to be eligible for “Q” time, they must be working on the above scheduled dates.
