Note: (*Holiday only when the Primary Jewish Holy Day falls on an employee’s regularly scheduled work day.)
On the eve of Primary Jewish Holy Days falling between October 1 and March 31, departments following the College Valhalla Campus Holiday Schedule will close early and time should be recorded on the timesheet as “Q” (Excused with Pay). On the eve of all other Primary Jewish Holy Days, departments following the College Valhalla Campus Holiday Schedule will close at their normal scheduled time and there will be no early closing. On Wednesday, December 24, 2014, the College will close at 12:00 noon and on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 and Wednesday, December 31, 2014, the College will close at 3:00 pm. Early closing time should be recorded on the time sheet as “Q” (Excused with Pay). In order for an employee to be eligible for “Q” time, they must be working on the above scheduled dates.
