The Family Health Center

Opened in 1994, the Thomas and Agnes Carvel Foundation Family Health Center is the largest provider of primary care services in our Yonkers community.

This 12,000-square-foot facility features:

  • an airy central skylight
  • twenty-four examination rooms
  • a procedure suite for colposcopy and flexible sigmoidoscopy
  • a spacious precepting and conference room
  • built-in state-of-the-art videotaping capability
  • computer access to hospital laboratories and radiology
  • high-speed internet access
  • New York Medical College students, supervised by faculty and residents, on third-year family medicine rotations
