INTRODUCTION
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is dedicated to the education of residents in preparation for their entry into the field of obstetrics and gynecology. The goal of the program is to educate residents for their future role as both specialist and primary care provider for women, and to enable them to achieve their professional goals of clinical practice, academia, or fellowship. This four year training program is integrated between two institutions, Westchester Medical Center (WMC) and Metropolitan Hospital Center (MHC). Each institution offers a unique setting and patient base. In combination, these institutions provide a broad scope and depth of clinical experience for our residents.
