From Garden State Parkway North
Garden State Parkway North to NY State Thruway South (I-87 South/I-287 East toward NY City). Keep right at fork in ramp. Turn left onto South Pascack Road. Turn right onto Perlman Drive. Make first right into parking lot.
Heading South on I-87/287 East
Take Exit 14 (Route 59 West). At the end of the ramp make a right at the traffic light onto Route 59. Stay in right lane. Make right at third traffic light onto New Clarkstown Road (just past Pier 1 and Spring Valley Marketplace). Make first left onto Perlman Drive and first left into parking lot.
Heading North on I-287/287East
Take Exit 14 (Route 59 West). Turn right onto Route 59. Turn right onto New Clarkstown Road. (just past Pier 1 and Spring Valley Marketplace). Make first left onto Perlman Drive and first left into parking lot.
From Route 304 North or South
Take exit for Route 59 West. Stay on Route 59 West for about 1.9 miles (11 traffic lights). Turn right onto New Clarkstown Road. (just past Pier 1 and Spring Valley Marketplace). Make first left onto Perlman Drive and first left into parking lot.
Route 59 from the East
Heading West on Route 59, travel approximately ¾ mile past the Nanuet Mall. Turn right onto New Clarkstown Road. (just past Pier 1 and Spring Valley Marketplace). Make first left onto Perlman Drive and first left into parking lot.
Route 59 from the West
Heading east on Route 59, travel through Spring Valley. Make a left onto New Clarkstown Road (just before Pier 1 Imports). Make fist left onto Perlman Drive. Make first left into parking lot.
From Palisades Parkway North or South
Take Exit 8W (Rt. 59 West). Travel West on Route 59 approximately 2.1 miles (11 traffic lights). Turn right onto New Clarkstown Road. (just past Pier 1 and Spring Valley Marketplace). Make first left onto Perlman Drive and first left into parking lot.

Enter through the main doors and take a right, then a left down the hall. Our office, Suite 106A, is the last door on the right at end of the hall.
