| Synopsis: |
To provide a dedicated Perinatal Network, a collaborative effort of regional perinatal organizations (public and private), serving four counties (Dutchess, Putnam, Rockland, and Westchester). Through such a coordinated effort, the new Perinatal Network will improve access to prenatal care by connecting consumers with individualized resources and community outreach and educational efforts. |
