Service: Amertex shall deliver requirements to departments with a delivery ticket for acceptance and signature.

Billing: Central monthly billing to Accounts Payable for specific accounts identified by department name, Amertex account #, and NYMC account number.

Note:

1. New accounts will be set up with NYMC account charge number to receive this price. All others paid outside this procedure may be subject to a higher price

2. Other products are available: Towels, scrub suits, linen and patient gowns.
