Abstract Submission/Travel Awards/Poster Awards Form
Abstract forms are to be completed and submitted online and submitted no later than January 18, 2008. Please pay close attention to the submission format and requirements for those wishing to be considered for the Abstract/Travel Award. Poster Sessions
- The poster session is set to promote interactions and the exchange of ideas among all participants. Fellows and Students are particularly encouraged to submit their most recent work as some will be considered for travel and poster awards.
- Submitted abstracts for poster presentations will be divided into three sessions: Sunday, March 9th during the Welcome Reception (6:00-8:00 p.m.), and Monday, March 10th and Tuesday, March 11th from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Wine & Cheese will be served during the sessions on Monday and Tuesday.
- Awards will be presented to three investigators for outstanding poster presentation at the Conference Banquet on Tuesday, March 11th.
- All posters will be displayed throughout the conference beginning Sunday, March 9th at 4:00 pm through Tuesday, March 11th at 7:00 p.m. Presenters (First Author) will be notified at least one month before the meeting of the poster session in which he/she will be presenting in front of a panel of judges.
Guidelines for Poster Presentations
Poster size should be no more than 4’ h x 5.5’ in width.
