During the last two weeks of June, all residents will attend a mandatory orientation for Metropolitan hospital. These weeks will familiarize you with the workings of the hospital, as well as provide the mandatory certification classes. There are then two weeks of Emergency Medicine orientation, where the faculty and senior resident give you all the information that you will need to successfully perform as a first year resident in the department!
