GSA Research Forum The Graduate Student Research Forum is an annual, daylong event sponsored by the Graduate Student Association. The Forum involves oral and poster presentations of student-conducted research, which provides students with an opportunity to present their research to colleagues, faculty and staff of New York Medical College, and the scientific community in the tri-state area. Funds needed to support this event come in part from local corporations. This event has, over the years, greatly increased the visibility and prestige of the Graduate School of Basic Medical Sciences graduate students within the College. The 20th Annual Graduate Student Research Forum Wednesday, March 26, 2008 and the keynote speaker was: Irving H. Zucker, Ph.D. '72 “A Central Role for Angiotensin in the Sympatho-excitation of Chronic Heart Failure.” Click here to view the 2008 Graduate Student Research Forum photo album. |
