Grayson, MD, Senior Associate Dean for Undergraduate Medical Education, is responsible for management of the medical school curriculum and oversees course design, evaluation and faculty development activities. She also serves as Director of the Introduction to Clinical Skills course. Dr. Grayson sees patients and supervises students and residents at Saint Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers of New York. |
| Karen S. Edwards, MD, MPH, Associate Dean for Primary Care, is director of the Introduction to Primary Care course, and co-course director of the Clinical Skills course, as well as designing and developing curricula, and recruiting and visiting preceptors. Dr. Edwards also teaches students and residents at Westchester Medical Center and is Director of Pediatrics at Westchester Institute for Human Development. |
| Sally Schwab, PhD, CSW, Director, Primary Care Faculty Development and Curriculum, is co-director of the Introduction to Primary Care and Clinical Skills courses and is responsible for the planning and evaluation of primary care education programs and faculty development. |
| Patricia Fusco, Education Program Coordinator, is the Administrator of the Center and Course Coordinator for the Introduction to Primary Care and Introduction to Clinical Skills courses. She is responsible for matching students with preceptors in both first and second year and acts as a resource for students and preceptors. |
| Patricia Patrick, MPH, Research Associate, assists with grant writing and budget preparation, conducts literature searches, designs databases and collection instruments, performs data analyses, and identifies potential funding sources for new and ongoing research projects. |
| Bridget Sweeney, Administrative Coordinator, organizes seminars, faculty development workshops, and coordinates student travel for first-year medical students in the Introduction to Primary Care course. |
| Maura Marchello, MPA, Curriculum Analyst, is administrator under a New York State grant for school-based health centers and supports the work of school-wide curriculum committees. She maintains the medical school’s information in a national curriculum database. |
