Essential features of the curriculum:

  • Case-based and problem-based learning promotes the integration of clinical and basic sciences.
  • Students learn how to establish a diagnosis, set goals, develop a treatment plan, and modify treatment as the patient progresses.
  • Curriculum covers the complete scope of practice.

Special information for applicants without an undergraduate degree in speech-language pathology:

Students admitted to our master's degree program in speech-language pathology, who do not have an undergraduate degree in speech-language pathology, are given a self-study program to complete during the Summer before they begin classes.
