Course approval for matriculating and certificate students must first be obtained from the program director/ advisor. After obtaining course approval, matriculated students may mail their registration to the Office of the University Registrar. Non-matriculating students and certificate students must mail their registration to the office of the Assistant Dean for Admissions.

Note #2  Ample time should be given to completing the onsite registration process within the time specified. Matriculating students, who have received prior approval from their program director/advisor, may proceed directly to the Registrar’s office in the Administration Building. Non-matriculating and certificate students must have their registration forms signed in the Admissions Office, Room 316, The School of Public Health, before proceeding to the Registrar’s Office.
