There is no single reason to study at New York Medical College—there are many. Our dedicated faculty, state-of the art laboratories, well funded researchers and innovative curriculum, coupled with our commitment to the underserved, are just a few of the many reasons students choose New York Medical College.
Our main campus in the Westchester suburbs is convenient and comfortable, and only a short ride from New York City. We welcome visitors to our suburban Valhalla, New York campus year-round, although most prospective students coordinate their visits with the office of admissions in the school to which they intend to apply. In this way, the university has an opportunity to prepare requested information and materials.
Each of the three schools that comprise the New York Medical College university system is responsible for its own admissions process. For additional information about the respective schools, click on the school links.
Annual Security and Fire Safety Report ("Clery Act")
The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, or Clery Act, mandates that all Title IV educational institutions, without exception, prepare, publish and distribute an Annual Security and Fire Safety Report. This report consists of two basic parts: disclosure of the College's crime statistics for the past three years; and information about the College's current campus security policies. Prospective students and employees are entitled to request and receive a copy of the New York Medical College’s Annual Security and Fire Safety Report which is available by clicking here.
Paper copies of the College’s Annual Security and Fire Safety Report are available at the New York Medical College Security Office located in room 223 in the Basic Sciences Building, 15 Dana Rd. Valhalla NY 10595 or by calling the Director of Campus Security at 914 594-4577.
