Course Description:

Through demonstrations and lectures, students learn the theory and practice of laboratory techniques and instrumentation used in experimental pathology, tissue and cell culture, chromatography and electrophoresis, molecular genetics, electron microscopy, immunochemistry, immunoassay, and spectrophotometry.

Prerequisites: Permission of instructor.

Lectures: 1 hr/wk. Pass/Fail.
