Faculty Registration for Participation

Due to limited seating, faculty members who have received an invitation will be able to participate in the academic procession at commencement. Faculty members who are invited to participate in the academic procession will follow the degree candidate procession, which formally begins the exercises for the commencement ceremonies. Full academic attire is required.

Faculty Regalia and Academic Attire

NYMC Faculty Affairs will handle the distribution of academic attire for NYMC faculty in the SOM, SHSP and GSBMS. If faculty regalia and academic attire is needed, please complete the form below. TCDM faculty members please contact Steven Zelig.

Faculty Arrival Time for Commencement Procession

Faculty members who plan on participating in the procession at commencement, please complete the form below.

Participating faculty members from all schools (except for TCDM) must report to the SOM Office of the Dean to pick up their academic attire by 12:00 noon, and will process from the SOM dean’s office to the Sunshine Tent beginning at 12:50 p.m. Faculty members are to return their academic attire after the commencement ceremony to the SOM dean's office. TCDM faculty members please contact Steven Zelig
