Please be aware of your deadlines, and allow at least 2 weeks for processing and mailing.
The Registrar’s Office will maintain a file of your permanent record once you have graduated, consisting of a final transcript and (for medical students) Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE). No additional information may be added once your degree has been conferred.
Diploma Copies: Please note that the Registrar’s Office does not retain a copy of your diploma as part of your file. It is highly recommended that you make several 8 1/2" x 11" copies of your diploma before framing it. An authenticated copy of the diploma is often needed for state licensure or for hospital appointment verification. In these cases, you must provide the Registrar’s Office with a copy of your diploma so that we can certify that it is a true and exact copy of the original.
