Wellness Classes

Yoga:

  • Tuesday & Thursday
  • 5:30-6:30pm

Meditation:

  • Tuesday & Thursday
  • 6:30-7:00pm (immediately following yoga)

- All classes are currently virtual.

- Zoom links to access classes will be emailed on class days.

- 1st class will be held on Tuesday, September 1st
