‌‌‌Arthur Wang, MD, NS7
Case Western University School of Medicine

Arthur Wang grew up in Athens, Georgia and currently lives in Whitestone NY. He attended the Bronx High School of Science and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornell University with a bachelors degree in biology. He then received his medical degree from the Case Western University School of Medicine in Cleveland, OH. In his free time he enjoys playing tennis, golf, and going out to movies. His interests in neurosurgery are broad.

Jennifer Ronecker, MD, NS6
New York Medical College

Jenny grew up in Laguna Hills, California, and attended University of California – Los Angeles, where she earned her undergraduate degree in marine biology and was a member of the Women's Rowing Team. She then moved to New York to attend medical school at New York Medical College. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son, building furniture, traveling, and photography. Her interests in neurosurgery are broad.

Anubhav Amin, MD, NS5
Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine

Anu was born in India and raised in NJ. After completing high school at the Academy for Medical Science & Technology of Bergen County Academies in NJ, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University with a B.S. in Neural Science. At NYU, he spent his time playing lacrosse, working as a resident assistant in the dorms, and conducting electrophysiological studies focusing on the amygdala. He then received his medical degree at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, during which he also completed a yearlong research fellowship at the International Center for Spinal Cord Injury Center at the Kennedy Krieger Institute focusing on functional electrical stimulation. His interests in neurosurgery include spine, neurotrauma, and functional.

Michael Kim, MD, NS4
Brown University School of Medicine

Michael was born and raised in San Jose, California and attended Brown University for both his undergraduate and medical degrees in the Program of Liberal Medical Education. He concentrated in Biology and then assisted with medical curriculum development through the use of technology in medical education. He otherwise spent much of his free time dancing on the Brown Ballroom Dance Team. His interests in neurosurgery are broad.

John Wainwright, MD, NS4
New York Medical College

John grew up in Bethesda, MD and attended The George Washington University where he earned a B.S. in Chemistry with a minor in Art History and was a student leader of the Emergency Medical Response Group. He then went on to receive an M.S. in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University. He received his M.D. from New York Medical College where he was elected to AOA, The Gold Humanism Honor Society, and was a recipient of the Neurosurgery Department Award. In his spare time he enjoys skiing, sailing, and photography. His interests in Neurosurgery include Spine, Neurocritical Care, and Pediatric Neurosurgery.

Tolga Sursal, MD, NS3
Eastern Virginia Medical School


Tolga Sursal was born in the Netherlands and raised in Virginia Beach, VA. After graduating high school at Norfolk Academy, he went on to the University of Virginia where he completed a bachelors degree in physics and music. After college, he completed a post-baccaulaureate pre-medical program and master's degree in biotechnology at Harvard University Extension School. He received his medical education at Eastern Virginia Medical School. His hobbies include hiking, piano, guitar, and chess. His main interests in neurosurgery include trauma and head injury, neuro-oncology, and neurovascular surgery.

Jared Cooper, MD, NS2
New York Medical College

Jared was born and raised in Long Island, New York and attended Case Western Reserve University, where he earned a B.A. degree in Psychology, with minors in Biology and Chemistry. He went on to pursue an M.S. in Biology at Hofstra University, graduating with distinction. He was granted an M.D. from New York Medical College, where he received the Department of Neurosurgery award. In his spare time, Jared enjoys spending time with his family and dog, as well as playing the drums, piano and guitar, golfing and skiing. His interests in neurosurgery include neuro-oncology, spine and neurotrauma.

Jose Dominguez, MD, NS1
Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine

Jose was born in Los Angeles, California. He has lived in Mexico, Florida, Wyoming and Texas. He attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and earned a B.S. in Biochemistry with honors. He then achieved a M.S. in Physiology at Loyola University Chicago. He was granted his M.D. when he graduated from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. In his spare time, Jose like running and driving. His interests in neurosurgery are broad.
