Annual Security and Fire Safety Report ("Clery Act")
The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, or Clery Act, mandates that all Title IV educational institutions, without exception, prepare, publish and distribute an Annual Security and Fire Safety Report. This report consists of two basic parts: disclosure of the College's crime statistics for the past three years; and information about the College's current campus security policies. Prospective students and employees are entitled to request and receive a copy of the New York Medical College's Annual Security and Fire Safety Report.

Paper copies of the College's Annual Security and Fire Safety Report are available at the New York Medical College Public Safety Office located in room 223 in the Basic Sciences Building, 15 Dana Rd. Valhalla NY 10595 or by calling the Director of Public Safety at 914 594-4577.
