NYMC Faculty Participate in “Pediatric Advances for the Primary Care Clinician: Cutting Edge Expertise”

Boston Children's Hospital and Boston Children's Health Physicians hosted an innovative pediatric course "Pediatric Advances for the Primary Care Clinician: Cutting Edge Expertise" for physicians and nurses at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Tarrytown, on April 25. The sessions including developmental screening in practice management of childhood asthma, emergency medicine, screening athletes for sports participation and precision medicine, aimed at enhancing knowledge to make a thorough diagnosis or make a referral to a specialist and improving competence in caring for patients. Hillary Rodham Clinton, center, was a guest speaker.
