Regina Williams Named Human Resources Director
Ms. Williams Brings Diverse And Extensive HR Leadership Experience To The College
Regina Williams has been appointed director of human resources (HR) for New York Medical College (NYMC). Ms. Williams has extensive HR experience, most recently as director of human resources for Trumbull Public Schools in Connecticut and also an as adjunct instructor of human resources management graduate level courses at Pace University.
Ms. Williams prior roles include leadership positions with Greenwich Public Schools and New Fairfield Board of Education in Connecticut as well as Masonicare, Inc. As director of human resources, Ms. Williams is the primary point of contact for NYMC strategic and tactical HR services. She will supervise the College’s six-person HR team and oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition and recruitment, performance management and improvement, employee and labor relations, compensation practices and policy development and implementation. In addition, she is responsible for on-site employee relations support for the Touro College of Dental Medicine (TCDM).

Ms. Williams has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications and a Master of Science degree in human resources management from the University of Connecticut and holds a senior certified professional designation from the Society of Human Resource Management.
