New York Medical College hosts an informative series of talks and workshops on the process of applying to medical, clinical, research and professional graduate degree programs.
This FREE event is a special opportunity for college students and pre-health advisors to meet with our knowledgeable faculty, students, alumni, and staff and ask all your questions. Attendees will leave the event with a clear understanding of applying to health-related graduate programs as well as glean insights into the various career fields and opportunities that exist in health care today.
Who should attend?
- Students: We welcome the attendance of all college students interested in a graduate education in the medical and health related fields. We are especially interested in attendees from historically under-represented groups as we are deeply invested in supporting the next generation of health care practitioners from all backgrounds.
- Pre-health advisors: Faculty and staff who mentor or advise undergraduate/graduate students interested in applying to medical and health profession graduate programs should attend. We encourage you to bring interested students. A special session will be available for them to meet with admissions committee members.
This event is held annually in September and is free for all attendees.
