Academic support is provided for all students on the New York Medical College campus and is offered through the College's Office of Academic Excellence.

Programs are designed to help students study more effectively and become more self-sufficient and proactive in their learning. These programs include peer learning partners, workshops given periodically to address study techniques, a study partner match service, one-on-one academic support advice and assistance in making study plans, standardized test preparation lectures and workshops, and writing assistance.
