Match Day is an annual rite of passage for U.S. medical school students and other applicants, a day when they learn at which U.S. residency programs they will train for the next three to seven years. Each year, the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) announces the Main Residency Match® results for more than more than 44,000 registrants and 37,000 positions.

At New York Medical College, Match Day is a day of great excitement with the campus packed with a boisterous crowd to celebrate where the next graduating class of the NYMC School of Medicine will continue their medical training.
