Jessica Berrios-Elliott, M.I.S., C-TAGME, is a seasoned professional in Graduate Medical Education (GME) with over 20 years of experience supporting and leading residency training programs. She currently serves as the GME program manager for obstetrics and gynecology at Westchester Medical Center, overseeing program operations and contributing to academic initiatives that enhance training, compliance, and faculty development. Berrios-Elliot is nationally certified by the Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education (TAGME), as well as a certified Master Life Coach with a focus on professional development and goal success.
Throughout her career, she has held progressive leadership roles, including program coordinator and program manager positions at Montefiore Medical Center, and she is actively involved in institutional and national committees, co-authoring presentations on faculty feedback, wellness, and evaluation innovation. Her dedication to excellence, mentorship, and innovation in GME has earned her multiple outstanding service awards and employee of the month recognition.
