David Garber, M.D. '15, leads the Division of Laryngology and the Voice and Swallowing Program at Westchester Medical Center (WMC). He is also the associate director of the WMC Otolaryngology Residency Program. An active mentor and teacher of medical students and residents, he serves as a house advisory dean and speciality advisor at NYMC and leads the Otolaryngology Clerkship.
Dr. Garber has authored numerous publications, serves as a peer reviewer for otolaryngology journals, and is a member of various otolaryngology societies.
Clinically, he specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of complex disorders of the voice, airway, and swallowing. He has been named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor since 2025 and a SuperDoctors Rising Star since 2023.
