Shiroh Onodera, Ph.D., joined the faculty of NYMC in 2016. Prior to joining the College, Dr. Onodera was recruited by the University of Pittsburgh, the University of Alberta (Edmonton, Canada), and the Public Health Research Institute at UMDNJ. Dr. Onodera works on the development of an Influenza B candidate vaccine virus, genomic packaging, recombination, and reverse genetics of Bacteriophage phi6, and many others.
