Dr. Angela Silber is chief of the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Westchester Health Network and a leader in advancing perinatal care across the Lower Hudson Valley. Board-certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology, she is dedicated to improving outcomes for women with complex pregnancies through evidence-based care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and educational excellence.

Her academic and clinical background reflect a strong commitment to managing medically and surgically complicated pregnancies and supporting the next generation of obstetric care providers. As division chief, Dr. Silber oversees inpatient and outpatient maternal-fetal medicine services and leads initiatives aimed at reducing maternal morbidity, enhancing access to specialized care, and fostering health equity. She has developed innovative programs to support women throughout the region, focusing on comprehensive and compassionate care models.

In addition to her clinical and academic roles, Dr. Silber completed executive training at Harvard Business School in Healthcare Management and Value-Based Care. This training informs her strategic leadership, with a focus on aligning clinical quality with operational efficiency to deliver patient-centered and sustainable care solutions. At NYMC and Westchester Health Network, Dr. Silber remains deeply engaged in education, mentoring, and program development. Her work continues to shape the landscape of maternal health for the Lower Hudson Valley and serves as a model of academic-clinical integration for advancing the care of women and families.
