EPIM 6013 Advanced Epidemiology II (Fall)

Course Description:

This upper-level quantitative course is a survey of advanced epidemiologic methods and special topics that provide a solid foundation for a career in epidemiology. Lecture topics include: categorical data analysis methods, regression techniques, model development, diagnostic testing of statistical models, propensity scores, as well as summaries of topics that influence these fundamental skills and factors.

Prerequisites: EPIM 6012 Advanced Epidemiology I; BISM 6031 Intermediate Biostatistics I, BISM 6092 Introduction to SAS Programming for Data Management and Analysis or EPIM 6024 SAS Application to Epidemiological Studies. Co-requisite(s): BISM 6032 Intermediate Biostatistics II.
