Student life at NYMC comprises a rich mix of experiences based on our location, our culture and our offerings. On our beautiful 54-acre campus in Westchester County in the lower Hudson Valley, you will enjoy a peaceful suburban lifestyle just a half-hour from New York City. And while you’re here, you will feel part of a close community that is supportive, committed and enthusiastic.
At NYMC, you’ll have opportunities to be involved with the local community, join a broad range of student organizations and participate in campus and local events, as well as live comfortably, dine well and get around easily.
There are many things to do and organizations to get involved with. Of course, it’s important to manage your time and prioritize your responsibilities, but rest assured that you will have ample opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities.
There is always something going on at NYMC. Whether sponsored by the College, one of its schools or by a student club/organization, NYMC students can easily fill their free time with educational, recreational, athletic and social activities. From the excitement of milestone celebrations to activities that inform, honor and unite our students, NYMC host a number of special events each year. These events offer ways to meet new people, learn new things and have a great time on campus.
We believe that how you perform as an NYMC student has a lot to do with where and how you live. We are committed to providing a residential community that is more than just buildings and rooms. We want every student to truly feel part of a community of like-minded peers who live together comfortably, safely and with respect for each other. Supported by a healthy and enjoyable living environment, our students have the stability they need to do their best.
The Office of Student and Residential Life provides a range of housing options for full-time, matriculated medical and graduate students.
