This includes lively weekly presentation of interesting cases seen during the past week, reviewing OKAP/ Board questions and dedicated lectures by faculty based on the basic and clinical science course series.

The residents also participate in 6-7 journal clubs during the academic year, presenting the most relevant articles to enhance the evidence based medical practice having a lively discussion with the faculty.

Each second Monday of the month, there is Grand Rounds, with a case presentation by the residents to a visiting professor followed by a lecture with opportunity for the residents to interact with the speaker.

The residents also have a bi annual Mock Oral examination simulating the ABO examination which helps in preparation for the orals.
