Interested in pursuing a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology but still need to complete pre-requisite coursework? These fully online, non-matriculated (non-degree) courses are designed to help you fulfill the pre-requisite requirements for admission to a Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) graduate program.
Upon successful completion of the courses, you may apply for admission to the Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology program at NYMC or another SLP master's program of your choice.
The program is structured for part-time study and includes four courses offered over two semesters: two courses in the spring and two courses in the summer. Tuition is $530 per credit.
Courses are delivered through the Canvas Learning Management System and are primarily asynchronous, allowing students to complete coursework independently within designated modules and meet regularly scheduled assignment deadlines. Some course activities and class sessions may be conducted synchronously, requiring real-time participation.
Non-matriculated students are not eligible for student housing, financial aid, student health insurance, or access to student health services.

- SLPM 8004: Anatomy and Physiology of Speech and Hearing
- SLPM 8003: Language Acquisition in Children
