Ordering Stationery
NYMC Stationery and Letterhead
Instructions for ordering NYMC Letterhead Stationery:
Log on to the Cooley Group Online Ordering System.
Note: Always try to have a sample of the item you are ordering in front of you for reference.
LOG ON:
- Choose your department name from the Select a User drop down menu
- Password: MEDICAL (case sensitive)
- Click on Log In
CREATE ORDER:
- Click on Create Order
- Choose the type of item you would like to order from the Category drop down menu
- Click on the format that best fits your current layout
- Choose a quantity from the quantity drop down menu
- Type in fields. Do not use all caps
- Click on View Proof
- Proof carefully.
- If needed, make changes, click on View Proof and proof again
- Click on Add to Shopping Cart
- To order more items, click on Continue Shopping and repeat process
CHECKOUT:
- Click on Checkout
- In Shopping Cart, if needed, edit quantity by clicking on Edit, making change and clicking on Checkout again
SHIPPING ADDRESS AND ORDER INFORMATION:
- Verify cost center, email address, name and company name, making any additions or corrections needed
- Check Ship To address, making any additions or corrections needed
PROOF:
- Click on Submit Order
- Click on Continue
- Proof each item carefully for spelling, punctuation and capitalization
- To make any additions or corrections, click on Edit Order
- Recheck proof
FINALIZE ORDER:
- Click on Complete Order
- Logout
- You will receive an email confirmation of your order
