Ordering Stationery

NYMC Stationery and Letterhead

Instructions for ordering NYMC Letterhead Stationery:

Log on to the Cooley Group Online Ordering System.

Note: Always try to have a sample of the item you are ordering in front of you for reference.


  1. Choose your department name from the Select a User drop down menu
  2. Password: MEDICAL (case sensitive)
  3. Click on Log In


  1. Click on Create Order
  2. Choose the type of item you would like to order from the Category drop down menu
  3. Click on the format that best fits your current layout
  4. Choose a quantity from the quantity drop down menu
  5. Type in fields. Do not use all caps
  6. Click on View Proof
  7. Proof carefully.
  8. If needed, make changes, click on View Proof and proof again
  9. Click on Add to Shopping Cart
  10. To order more items, click on Continue Shopping and repeat process


  1. Click on Checkout
  2. In Shopping Cart, if needed, edit quantity by clicking on Edit, making change and clicking on Checkout again


  1. Verify cost center, email address, name and company name, making any additions or corrections needed
  2. Check Ship To address, making any additions or corrections needed


  1. Click on Submit Order
  2. Click on Continue
  3. Proof each item carefully for spelling, punctuation and capitalization
  4. To make any additions or corrections, click on Edit Order
  5. Recheck proof


  1. Click on Complete Order
  2. Logout
  3. You will receive an email confirmation of your order
