Human Resources

The Office of Human Resources (HR) at NYMC is dedicated to providing valued human resource services enabling the College to attract, support, retain, and develop a diverse, skilled, and productive workforce in support of the College's mission and vision. The HR team is your primary resource for information about HR policies, benefits, compensation, professional development, recruitment, transfers and promotions, performance management, employee relations, employee record-keeping, time sheeting, and all employment issues or concerns.

For College policies, visit the College Policies webpage. Current employees may visit TouroOne for all human resource-related forms and resources under the Employee tab and the Managers' Toolbox tab. We have guides to help you access the TouroOne site, and first-time user account activation.

Members of the NYMC community may obtain information regarding the College’s open/closed status by utilizing any of the following procedures:

  • A banner will be placed on the College Webpage in the event of a closing or delayed opening
  • An email will be sent from NYMCAlert to all NYMC, TCDM, and TDH students and staff and a text message will be sent to students, faculty, and staff whose mobile numbers are listed in TouroOne.
  • Non-college employees who choose to Opt-In to NYMCAlert will receive only a text message

If a normal opening is updated to a delayed opening or a delayed opening is updated to a closing follow-up message will be sent from NYMCAlert and the College Webpage Banner will be updated.
